Laif is what I'd like to call an internationalist, and he's 100% motivated for skateboarding. Every year, he spends a few weeks with Dutch and Scandinavian skaters in Spain, he goes on missions in the UK, visits European competitions in Italy, gets his shoes from the States, parties hard in Czech stripjoints, his pro model from Hessenmob is being sold in Japan, and this very page acts as his vanguard into 50 more countries, that he'll certainly visit at some point or another. Despite all his travelling, he stays true to his hometown of Kiel in the German north, and when he's not studying, he's working in a skateshop. This man is simply interlaiftional!
