So, we just heard that the Euro-Element skatecamps have just been canned, due to some budget cuts…
For you that did not know, those were held in Hossegor, in conjonction with Hall 04 skatepark, and had been running for six years. Quite an institution, really. So, yep, another economical hit to our chin…
Please, keep in mind that it’s people like JB from Hall 04 that organize local and national events and provide skaters with a roof and meeting point (on top of good obstacles to ride), and shop owners that actually know how to change a broken kingpin that makes a difference for your scene in the long run. So, support their business, and don’t try to save a Euro here and there in places that don’t give anything back. You know the kind.
